  • Communication records including emails, chat transcripts, and call logs with our team or attorneys.

  • IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, and pages visited.
  • Usage data, session duration, and clickstream information via cookies and analytics tools.
  • Location data (city/region level) where permitted by your device settings.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Provide, operate, and improve our legal and compliance services.
  • Verify your identity and process KYC for government filings (e.g., DSC, DIN, GST registration).
  • Communicate service updates, case status notifications, and compliance reminders.
